The basics

CutContour is operated by Decal Venue, Inc. doing business as Apps That Help. By using CutContour, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. CutContour is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Free and Pro plans

Free accounts receive 3 PDF downloads per calendar month. Pro accounts receive unlimited downloads following a one-time payment. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You may use CutContour for any lawful purpose. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the service, abuse the API, or use automated tools to circumvent usage limits.

Your content

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the PDFs you generate. CutContour does not claim any ownership of your content. Your images are processed locally in your browser and are never stored on our servers.

Service availability

We aim to keep CutContour available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of liability

CutContour is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for print quality, cut accuracy, or any damage to materials or equipment resulting from the use of generated PDFs. Always test with sample prints before production runs.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CutContour after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
